Acceptance
By using Off-Ice HQ (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Who may use the Service
The Service is for parents, guardians, and youth hockey coaches and staff managing player development. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children's accounts are managed by a parent or guardian on their behalf.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and the player accounts you manage.
- Don't use the Service for anything illegal or harmful.
Content you upload
You own the videos and data you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and serve them as necessary to operate the Service. Don't upload content you don't own or that violates others' rights. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to access other accounts or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Don't upload videos of minors who are not your own children or charges.
- Treat coaches, parents, and players with respect in any community features.
Service availability
We provide the Service “as is.” We don't guarantee uptime or that the Service will be error-free. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Off-Ice HQ's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
